Mount Meru, a visible spring of streaming lava with a rise of 4566 m in the Arusha Region of north eastern Tanzania, is covered by Arusha National Park. The recreation facility is little, but it has been replaced with spectacular scenes in three distinct locations. The Meru Crater pipes the Jekukumia River in the west, with Mount Meru’s pinnacle on its edge. Ngurdoto Crater is a grassland in the south-east. The shallow, simple Momella Lakes in the northeast are notable for their swimming birds and changeable algae shadings.
It’s a popular stop for roadtrippers heading north from Arusha on longer safaris along the northern circuit.

CRATER OF NGURDOTO
It features a graduated bowl known as caldera shaped when the liquid center of pouring lava dies down into the soil and the perilous hole divider falls inwards, it is 3km wide and 400m deep.
Ngurdoto is an outstanding area for a strolling adventure at the edge, and it is the only location where strolling with a provided officer is permitted.
Large known about bison can be seen on the pit floor, features along the hole edges are settlements of monkeys routinely found in the trees along the vehicle track, and there is also a higher chance of detecting the white and dark colobus who are regularly one of the reasons why explorers choose to visit Arusha. Blue monkeys and mandrills also live in the backwoods, and unlike colobus, they prefer to spend their days on the ground, only climbing trees in the evening or if they are in danger.
MERU MOUNT
One of the brilliant components of Arusha public park is Mount Meru, Tanzania’s second and Africa’s fourth most notable peak. Mount Meru trekking is a good warm-up for climbing Mount Kilimanjaro because it gives you a taste of what to expect on the Kilimanjaro.
Climbing to the peak necessitates body changes to adjust to the elevation, such as acclimatization; however, with our certified aides and the favorable climate, climbing will not be difficult, and Mount Meru’s hole edge will be one of the most magnificent strolls with magnificent views you can ever do in Africa.
